Their shipping policies are:

We currently offer three shipping options: Economy, UPS Ground, and Economy International. Your order total determines the shipping fee. All production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders with large quantities (20+) or orders with multiple product types may take longer to produce. Ultra-large canvas boards and gallery-wrapped canvas require a crating fee.

• All shipping and production times are only estimated, not guaranteed.

• All shipping and production time frames begin the following business day.

• Loose canvas prints might be rolled when shipped.

• Smaller prints may be rolled if ordered with larger images.

• We reserve the right to ship items separately or combine orders as we see fit.

• All orders returned as ‘Not Deliverable as Addressed or Unable to Forward‘ can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee.

Estimated Time Until Delivery

You will receive a tracking email as soon as the order ships. All delivery time frames are accurately estimated and strongly adhered to, but not guaranteed. If your order has not been delivered in 15 days domestically or 30 days internationally we will reprint.
